Andersen, PGT, CGI, Pella, etc. There's usually a sticker on the door frame or interior latch area. Helps us bring the right parts on the truck.
A photo or two
Text photos of the issue to (866) 283-2571. The track, the rollers, where it's binding — visuals save us a lot of phone time.
When it started
Gradual problem or sudden? Sudden often means a single broken part; gradual usually means wear we can address with a roller refresh.
Number of doors
If you have multiple sliders with the same problem, doing them together saves you about 20% on labor.
